Hydraulic power pack design & manufacturing

We size the unit around the work it has to do — flow and pressure at each stage of the cycle, heat load, duty ratio and the space you have. The result is a pack that holds temperature instead of one that trips on a hot afternoon.

• Horizontal, vertical and submerged tank configurations, 10 L to 2000 L
• Gear, vane and piston pumps; fixed or variable displacement
• Manifold blocks, stacking valves and proportional control
• Air or water-cooled circuits, suction and return-line filtration, level and temperature switches
• Assembled, flushed and pressure-tested before dispatch, with circuit diagram and part list

Customised hydraulic presses & special purpose machines

Built to your job, not adapted from a catalogue. Tell us the part, the force, the stroke and the cycle time; we design the frame, circuit and controls around it.

• C-frame, H-frame and four-pillar presses, roughly 5 to 300 ton
• Deep draw, straightening, riveting, broaching, bearing pressing and assembly stations
• Two-hand safety controls, light curtains, guarding and pressure-holding circuits
• PLC or relay logic with HMI, recipe storage and cycle counters where useful
• Trial run at our works, then installation and operator handover at your plant

Cylinder repair, reconditioning & new manufacture

Most cylinders that arrive here have failed for a reason the seal kit alone will not fix — a scored bore, a bent rod, a worn gland or contaminated oil. We find that first.

• Honing and re-sleeving of bores; hard chrome-plated rod replacement
• Gland, piston and wear-ring renewal with correct-material seal kits
• New hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders made to sample or drawing, bore 25–400 mm
• Full stroke and load test with recorded pressures before return
• Written failure note so the same fault does not repeat next quarter

Pneumatic automation

For station work that repeats thousands of times a shift, air is often the simpler answer. We build the circuit, the panel and the guarding, and commission it on your floor.

• Clamping, indexing, pick-and-place, ejection and part-transfer circuits
• Solenoid valves, manifolds, FRL sets, air preparation and distribution piping
• Sensors, reed switches and interlocks wired to PLC or relay control
• Retrofitting manual fixtures into semi-automatic stations
• Leak surveys — a plant losing air is paying for compressor hours it never uses

On-site service, AMC & breakdown support

A maintenance contract with us is mostly about what happens before the failure: oil condition checked, filters changed on schedule, and your critical spares kept on our shelf with your name on them.
