About Industrial Hydraulics & Services
A working hydraulics and pneumatics shop — not a trading desk. We repair what comes in, build what is asked for, and stock what plants around us run out of.
Who we are
Built around one idea
Industrial Hydraulics & Services began by doing the work most suppliers would rather pass on: obsolete cylinders, seals nobody stocks, imported machines with no service backup left in the country.
That is still the centre of what we do. We hold the spares that move fastest, machine the ones that no longer exist, and design new equipment when repairing the old one stops making sense. Because design, supply and repair sit under one roof, a problem does not get handed between three vendors while your line stands still.
We work with plants across Nagpur, Vidarbha and neighbouring districts of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, from single-machine workshops to large process plants.
Industries we serve
Where our equipment runs
Different plants break hydraulics in different ways. Coal dust, foundry heat, cement abrasion and monsoon humidity each call for different seal materials and filtration.
Mining & coal handling
Feeders, crushers, tipplers and conveyor take-ups working in heavy dust.
Steel & foundry
Ladle and mould handling, shearing and baling under high ambient heat.
Cement
Roller press, gate and damper actuation in abrasive conditions.
Power plants
Valve actuation, ash handling and coal feeder hydraulics.
Defence & ordnance
Presses and test rigs built and maintained to specification.
Automotive & tier suppliers
Assembly presses, clamping fixtures and pneumatic stations.
Plastics & rubber
Injection and compression moulding machine hydraulics.
Material handling
Tippers, stackers, lifts, dock levellers and mobile equipment.
How we hold quality
The parts of the job you do not see
Cleanliness first
Components are washed and circuits flushed before assembly. Contamination is behind most repeat failures we are called back to.
Everything is tested
Cylinders are stroked under load and packs are run at pressure before dispatch, with the readings recorded against the job.
Correct materials
Seal material is chosen for the oil, pressure and temperature actually present — not simply matched to what came out.
Documentation
New builds leave with a circuit diagram, part list and spares recommendation, so the next engineer is not guessing.
Honest scope
If a repair will not hold, we quote replacement instead. Work that fails in a month is expensive for both of us.
Safety on site
Pressure released, accumulators discharged, loads supported and permits followed before any spanner is turned.
